errr check your state laws. In lots of places if you shoot an unarmed intruder without first retreating you will be charged. And then you will also face a lawsuit by the perp or their family. Totally whacked country we live in. Well at least some states are fixing this stupidity

Well as they just added the stamp a few months ago I can understand this. It used to be just a license. It gets pretty crazy. Small game license, duck stamp, dove stamp, upland bird stamp, fishing license, trout stamp and so on... They clerk who issued the license should of brought up the requirement to him when issuing the license.
