If I copyright my email address username, could I then protect it from being sold bewteen Spamming companies on their address lists according to international copyright laws? I'm not sure about what specific copyright/trademark laws protect people from. I use the same nick for all my email addresses. kevnar. Perhaps companies could trademark their domain names: hotmail, yahoo, juno, etc. in the same way. Would these tricks even make a difference? Enforcement is the key I suppose, and who can keep track of every under-the-table deals that takes place out there? Oh well. Just a thought. Why not throw away a dime?
