 Oh well, close enough I guess. Try that linux thing, it's not supposed to crash. ever. (at least that's what those penguins claim) OP
Christian Graus wrote: is it because you actually believe that destruction of the environment, endless war on people who are no threat to you ( at the expense of chasing people who are ), and violation of your rights are a good thing, Absolutely! Why else would we re-elect him, duh. Like we really wanted some environmentally-friendly neo-anarchist peacenick running this country. That and we ALWAYS do what people in other countries DON'T want us to because we're the USA. If you don't like it, I'm sure we'll welcome you into our beloved country and you could even get your very one vote. Otherwise, stfu. hmph, and you say people in the US are out of touch with reality... :suss: OP
Chris Losinger wrote: let me guess, the RNC handed out free passes to a few of its most-vocal supporters. Now Chris, that's a lame argument; I expected much more from you. Where's the link to the demographic information that's tied to the tickets sold? Where's the funding records from GWB's bank acct to pay for the hired jeer-makers? I guess the BBC or CNN hasn't posted their leads yet, no? Face it, the only things the dems are running on is the "well, we're better than bush" BS. Look at it this way, when it comes down to choosing between Bush or Milwaukee's Beast, I'd take a Bush any day! ;P OP
> there's reason to believe the name was leaked inadvertantly by Ms. Rice or someone she works with. there's also reason to believe you're an idiot with way too much time on your hands. but hey, if it's on the internet, it must be true. oh wait, that's only if i can find 5 or more links to it, that's right... oh yea, and one has to be some un-biased source like al-jazerra or the BBC. i'm sick of the soapbox being your little platform for political bullshit, so i thought i'd serve my place in the world and quiet you down by smacking you in the head with a big, fat, virtual "1". hmph... lot's of good that did X| OP
Sorry. I voted a "1" because it read like something mystro_aka_kookie would post. I have no idea about the point of this post, but I'm sure it has something to do with your pink underwear. OP
hey bro, you're lucky MS goes through all the hassle to even ship products to your sorry a$$. If you don't like it, why don't you head-up a government-funded SociBSD project or something. Stuff it or get off the train. OP
dude, you're really weird :~ ...and half of the time you make no sense whatsoever. it's like your talking to the walls ... lay off the reefer, bro OP
It seems as if anyone who posts liberal, new-age, open-minded, tolerant messages here gets voted a 5, and anyone who posts conservative, moral, right-vs-wrong type posts gets voted 1. So I suppose most CPians are of the pinkie-liberal type? Is this the nature of SW developers in general, or just the nature of the most-actives who openly express their opinions here? I ask because with our new on-line counter thingie, even 30 votes on a thread is only about 1% of those usually online. What thinks the other 99%? OP
I bet these people are next: http://www.microswoft.com (Not work safe. Do not let your kid sister copy-n-paste the above link. The above lin is text only, so follow at your own risk. You can let microsoft know that it was easily confused for their site  ) OP
>My 15 year old stepdaughter confided in me a few months ago that she'd decided that running for president was no longer attractive. Why? Apparently I've convinced her that not only is the USA not a democracy (it's a republic and that's a somewhat different animal**) but she's seen that even people not*** predisposed to dislike the USA have their doubts about US foreign policy. Well with someone like you behind her calling the shots she could force flaming liberal views make the US a nicer place. A place where everyone has a job, the govt. takes care of all our needs, the president tells the people what they want to hear it how it is, and everyone will live happily ever afer... Man, wake up. Bush is the current pres. whether u like it or not. If you don't like it, go up to DC and prototest, and go vote. That's what a free country's all about. And don't come around bitching and whining for another four years if he's re-elected. None of the liberal puppets well qualified pres. candidates I've seen so far can do any better. I'd like to see them get elected and try to come through on all their claims! They go bashing Bush about creating jobs, yet what could they have done to make the outcome any better? I also noticed how some flamers genderly homogeneous types cringed when Bush mentioned marriage! Don't even get me off on those issues... Anyway I really don't know where I was going with this so I'll stop wasting bandwidth now. :rose: OP
so without your vote, he'll surely lose this year's election, right? Or was that comment for Clinton... I can't remember :~ OP
