"How do you feel about [insert topic here?"
I usually answer truthfully... I know, mistake #1... However, that isn't nearly as bad as when I don't have an opinion and state that I have no opinion. Contrary to my gadget owning life experiences, I am not that materialistic. I can just as easily spend time learning about something than actually owning it. So to ask my opinion about something, I describe it... but what do you think about it? I describe it again. would you like one? I guess, if you want. But what do YOU want? shrugs.... But the same thing happens in many conversations. If I have no opinion of it, I have to somehow gain an opinion of it before the end of the conversation or the conversation never ends.... and it is interesting how the length of the conversation coincides with the volume of the conversation, which I am told is most definitely not yelling no matter how long the err... conversation goes. :-D
