Well recently I was debugging a hold-call button in our SIP app. everything was perfect, the code in the ClickListener looked fine. I wrote even Logs! But that damn... button didn't hold the call! For a single licence? Probably the same as you - a polite decline, with a comment that if they want to set up a licensing agreement with targets and discount levels, you'll be happy to see what they propose.
