The connectivity is amazing and I think it is only going to get better over time. My main uses are... 1. Media consumer of my server upstairs 2. Bluray player 3. Late for work?As a computer savvy user, I set my IM client to fire up and log on precisely at the time I'm supposed to be at work! So, even if I'm a little late, it looks like I was on time! No excuses needed!

a vote about working efficiencyI feel completely unlike the rest of you. I don't seem to get my groove until 4 or 5pm, just when everyone else is winding down for the day, then I end up staying too late and get in trouble with the home front. Its hard to focus in the morning, too much news and CP to read. :)

Apple Project ?So, is there a site? Or is Chris going to add "Apple" in the toolbar? I own cocoasoftware.com and don't do anything with that if anyone would like to start something. Todd

Mac DevelopmentThanks so much for all the responses. I am going to see if I can find a copy of the Hillegass book to get started with. I also found a pretty nice podcast (so far) called CocoaCast. I like the videos and he follows that book you've all mentioned.

Mac DevelopmentThanks for the tips. I did the tutorial of the Currency Converter on Apple's site a little while ago, I'll keep my eye out for the book. Thanks again.

Mac DevelopmentSo after reading this thread this morning, I have decided that I am going to "commit" and try to learn Objective-C. I once a long long time ago took some C++ classes, so that should help me right? What is the best source for learning to develop on the mac? What do you think? Any suggestions? Please let me know. I develop in VS2008 right now, and sometimes learning the IDE is half the battle. So any ideas of where to get started would be awesome! Happy Friday
