I would find and kill processes that uses a lot of CPU, on Task Manager first. Limiting the processor power means we get less than what we paid for.

Power BI excels (see what I did there?) at importing data from various sources and working off of its own copy. The people (mis)using it need to learn how to do it correctly and not hit SQL on every freakin' mouse click.

I always have a folder called _A in the root of each (fixed) drive on my systems. This means it's always at the top of the directory listing and quicker to find than "stuff". All "temporary" or "uncategorisable" stuff goes in there and every few months I have a cleanout.

Not one virtual machine but several, some thought it would be a good idea to build our own server from "top notch" components, sadly these did not work together well. A lot of time was spent to find the cause and they even replaced the big hard disks with expensive SSD's, to no avail. Developers who refuse to understand what makes life easier for their users worry me. We end up buying K2 for our workflow needs. I have first form designed in SmartForms but I am struggling to get its look and feel right. Tried getting the bootstrap css in but it is much harder then I thought. Only decent looking CSS I found is Lithium theme but that is still not jazzy enough for people up the chain. Even if it is paid one that is out there we will be happy to try. Any suggestion on getting a decent looking CSS for this ?
