    Robo signing is just the tip of the iceburg on massive mortgage fraud by financial institutions. Foreclosuregate[^] This is a disaster waiting to happen. Already the Republicans - and many Democrats - are attempting to get laws passed that will protect the fraudsters from any criminal or financial liability for their fraud. Obama has vetoed the first attempt to save the criminals, [^] but who knows if it will be the last attempt.
