Sounds like you're looking for Tampermonkey[^]. Or possibly a content blocker like uBlock Origin[^]. But neither option will be able to block 100% of "offensive" images, even if you can get users to agree on a precise definition for what counts as offensive. Autodownloads a (zipped) executable in Edge. You could have just posted the name, what it does (list packages in MSI installers), and download location. Downloads to executables without description are discouraged. Do I need to lecture you on the motivations behind that?
