"Genuine" and "Genuine Advantage". There is no advantage to anyone except for Microsoft. This is a debate that I'm sure could go on for eternity, so I'll leave it at that. "Total Cost of Ownership". Nobody has any idea as to what this means except for the tech who is seeking the funding. The concept of TOA also leaves way too much room for differences in interpretation as to what "cost" is. "Change Management". Where I grew up we called this "upgrading". "Solution". What ever happened to "software" or "program" ?

Service Pack - It's not a "Service Pack" ... it's a package of "Bug Fixes" ... or Post-Marketting Hype Repairs. :-D Beta Release - In the in-shop developing environment, there is no such thing as a "Beta Release". Your "Beta" is prodution ready the first time management sees a usable screen. And you get to try keep up with the feature requests and bug fixes while the system is in full production live mode. :omg:
