I have the converse problem: how do you stop her telling you everything that crosses her mind? Believe me, this is a lot harder - I've been trying for twenty years!

That's a much bigger problem, if you ever find a solution, I'm all ears.

(trust me it's difficult. Even more difficult try get your coworker to tell you their BMI or BF ratio)

My wife is dieting at the moment, so I'm told whether I want or not.

It is difficult to stop her telling you everything that crosses her mind apart from her weight. Perhaps here a solution. Just drag the subject to the weight... I stop here, I am not sure how safe it is to write here in my own name.

Why even try? If you get her to tell you her weight, then what? You know her weight, congratulations, I'm sure you had a pretty good guess of what it was anyway and how does knowing the exact number improve your situation?

I'm more interested in my boss's and coworkers' BS ratio. The wife is quite open about her weight. Why wouldn't she be?

BS ratio? You mean BF did you? Guys in my firm are all quite... competitive and as such this is such sensitive number we'd bullshit along the line that there's no accurate reliable means to measure BF (lol) anyway, it's a guarded secret

even if you do know the number, it'd still be satisfying to somehow get her stand on the scale simply because it's so impossible!

 I'm sorry, did you say something? Oh... that's's nice. I need to go to the hardware store to pick up some 10mm x 1.25 screws for that project you wanted me to do.

It was broke, so I fixed it.
