Rome is that kind of city where you get amazed just by simply walking in the streets. It is busy yes, but like every capital city. Enjoy the city and the food (i recommend having a good "Matriciana" in Trastevere) and don't bother to give credit to all those saying that it is dangerous and crazy over there. These old cliches are carried on by those who never got out from their teeny town and still believe in Santa Claus :) Enjoy, i envy you

Thank you Microsoft.Yes it is. Are you using Visual Studio Code right? I lost tons of hours trying to setup angular with the "correct" libraries versions ,and at the end i solved it quickly using the setup suggested in the AngularJS Tour of Heroes tutorial. Quick and painless

Thank you Microsoft.don't be too hasty :) ... i coded in C# for a lot of time and i started coding in TypeScript and using Angular2 since a couple of months now. I had my doubts in the beginning, but now they are all almost gone

It's 24 hours I'm back in Italy...Hate to say this mate, but you re biting the hand that fed you, and it is never a good thing. I understand you re now living somewhere else, and you probably feel better, more secure, well paid. But don't spit onto a whole country , because there are still good people living, working and fighting for it in there. And whatever you may like it or not, that country gave birth to you and probably to your parents. You studied, got your first car, got your first girl and your first hangover in there . Well, there are countries where this is not possible. So, Italians may not know how to queue, but if you now are a good IT and a smart guy, well, this is also due to the culture where you grew up. Never forget where your bread's buttered, mate

I just don't get it ..Finally a constructive answer. So far, desktop browsers are pretty much covered. Then i guess that android browser is the biggest missing piece
-
I just don't get it ..Oh come on ... what the hell has Bieber to do with JavaScript now? .. come on, let's be constructive
-
I just don't get it ..Well, a "pile of garbage" for the most used language is a bit inappropriate. I mean, a few can be wrong, but so many? i really don't think so ..
-
I just don't get it ..Why using Typescript, if there's already ECMA6 [^] available in almost all browsers?:confused::confused:
-
That was cool (if a little bit unexpected)Lucky you. On my Vs2015 Update3, Len is still not triggering anything different than the closest "LastIndexOf" :sigh:

Haven't seen these in the Lounge before...i must say that also the Jesus version is not bad at all ..

I hate JavaScriptThat's the thing! If you look at this link ECMAScript 6 compatibility table[^] you ll see that almost every browser is now ECMA6 compatible. The only and only exception is IE. So, let's move those old IE aficionados to Edge then

Agents & CV's...I ll cut their heart and eat their flesh :-D X|
-
Agents & CV's...Not really. All the recruiters I met, they always asked me to "modify" my CV in order to underline certain competences rather then others. Or, moving "down" aspects of my background which would not really fit the role i was applying for. I would not say "ALL"
-
Agents & CV's...One thing is changing or hiding personal details, attaching their logo or similar. Another is actually changing your employment history, education or background.
-
Agents & CV's...This is bad. They cannot change your CV without your permission. Because what is written in there is subject to verification from receives it. And if something is found to be untrue, you won't be trusted ever again in that company. And, if you are applying for a public role, you may be charged by the court. How would you then be able to prove that the CV was modified by the recruiter?

I hate JavaScript:-D come ooooooooooooon With the relatively new "ECMA6", writing in Javascript is pretty much like writing in C# ECMAScript 6: New Features: Overview and Comparison[^]
-
I hate JavaScript:^) oh man ... am i the only weirdo who likes coding in Javascript ?!?
