Yeah we certainly had a lot of population growth and sprawl the last decade. Luckily the area is so damn big that we didn't have wild housing inflation as well. Just lots and lots of new houses. We are luckier still that many of those homes that would have been vacant after the bubble popped have been kept occupied by continuing population growth.
