You'd be surprised. I had one agent phone me about a device driver development job. It's the same thing with phones. If I am standing in line for 5 minutes and the phone rings why do you answer it? I have been waiting, I should get priority. There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.
