I saw it, but (to me, at least) it's the kind of question that you have to be sitting at the machine in question to be able to have an idea what is going on. My first thought was that the antivirus had changed the setting of some service or other, but to check that, I'd need to take a record of what was running (and in what mode) in services.msc, then roll back to see what had changed -- but it was probably already too late to do that, so I was out of solutions. We tend to assume, here, that if we can't answer a specific question, then someone else will be able to, so we either don't respond, or we make a joke of it. I'm sure no offence was intended.
