Referencing counting isn't necessary for managed Types - the GC handles all that. "Leasing" is a term used in .NET Remoting, not ASP.NET. Never a setting for me, I always have things such as active-x as prompt. It is pain to answer, but at least I have the choice. There are some sites you just do not get anywhere with it. It would be great though if there was an addon for IE which would display a tag where those offending things are that you could click on to have execute when you want.
