you forgot to mention the multiple out of office notifications it sends out... at 4:30pm.

sorry, i don't normally do this but, I am so sick of hearing people refer to an email, received via Lotus Notes/Domino, as a "note". i.e. "I'll send you a note." or "I just received your note." or "let me send you a note with a 10meg attachment effectively rendering your system useless for the next 20 minutes while Notes sips it through the stirrer straw that is our domino infrastructure..." :mad: has anyone else unlucky enough to still have to deal with this albatross experienced this "phenomenon"? uggggh... ok, all better for the moment.

agreed. very addictive. i think i'm at about 68 or so. that and table tennis. i just can't beat the champ... :((

funny, that's right about where i am. i lost 40 lbs. betewwn jan and august of last year, then took some time to relax and see how my habits had changed. after weighing myself in mid november i had only gained back about 1 lb. now, i've got to get back on the ball and get the rest of this flubber off... you can't do it without exercise. anything type you enjoy, but you must exercise. i chose mountain biking and have not only lost the weight, but gained a great new hobby that helps me relax and unwind.

there's very little doubt left in my mind whether or not global warming is actually occurring, you only need to look at the facts (collapsing polar ice shelves, shifts in global jet streams etc.) for evidence of that. i think the only questions are whether or not it is something that we've caused or part of a greater environmental warming/cooling cycle, and more importantly whether it's something that we can reverse. just my 2 cents...

I'll second the fries (and the dogs for that matter) at the "O". watch out for their portions though as a large is about the size of a small volkswagen. they closed the original though. that is to say they closed the "original" Original last year. :(( you can find other locations around town though.

a co-worker of mine brought in a broccoli masala for a potluck lunch a few months ago. i've been craving it ever since. it was her grandmothers recipe which she promised to get on her last trip back to bangalore, but hasn't produced it yet. i'm waiting impatiently... ;) if she ever shares it i'll let you know, but mix some up and go for it. it was delicious.

oooh... i assume oc md is ocean city maryland. while you're there have a cheese steak at pj's (Pollock Johnnie's) on the boardwalk for me. Best cheese steak I've ever had, and yes, I've been to both Pat's and Geno's... they're crap. enjoy the sun! :cool:

i can second (or third) the hr block tax cut online software. i've been using it for the past 4 years with no issues. i like that it remembers the details from year to year so that I don't have to and the tax interview has improved tenfold over the time i've been using it. it's finally become somewhat refined. affordable, $40 and i don't have to worry about a thing. even comes with free audit support should anything come up.
