Multicore all way. I've recently upgraded my home PC to core2duo e6300 (gentoo compiles waaay faster) and talked my boss to buy me a multicore pc. However he was choosing and I got pentium D :/ It's better than a hyperthreaded p4 though..

As for the "1st time" I don't know the cure. As for the second problem I just reactivate one of the windows on the panel via shortcut. So if an Error windows stays sticky I just Ctrl+W-E to enter it and then F7 to go into editor. HTH, -Marcin

Hi! I've defined custom Output directory and Intermediate directory in project properties (two custom property files). They contain mixed case pathnames, ie: Server/System/Bin. However VS lowercases them when building - so target files are put in server/system/bin. I've received a request to maintain path name letter casing. What can I check to make it so? Thanks, -Marcin

Nope. I'm totally going with 7zip. Great compression, free engine, LGPL. If I'm sending something to other countries - zip is the way to go (supported in 7zip).
