Retail copies of Windows include two free support incidents. If, however, you bought your copy from an OEM, preinstalled on your computer, your support is through that OEM. That's why OEM copies are cheaper. If you bought an OEM edition of Windows separately, through the System Builder channel, you are your own support engineer. Good luck.
