:) :) :) I have a friend that owns a dental lab; they are transitioning from 'analog' creation of dental items (flippers, frameworks, full dentures, night-guards, etc.) to digital, 3D printing. It's a whole thing: Special material, approved machines for using the material, licensed software for modeling, all this stuff. I'm sure someone could print something for personal use with off-the-shelf materials, but I wouldn't expect it to hold up to the pressures of chewing or to not cause irritations of the oral tissues.
