Hello Paul, Unfortunately at this time the only solution we have to this problem is to run Reset command on the toolbox. This is a rare error and occurs even though we closely follow VSIP guidelines for VS.Net integration, we do not understand why Dundas Chart and Dundas Gauge install properly but Dundas Diagram has problems. We are doing all that we can to have this issue resolved ASAP. In all instances of this error (to date) the Dundas Diagram installed properly after the Reset command was executed. But you can also leave the product installed, and simply add it to the toolbox after reset. We appreciate any additional information you can provide us on this error, the version of OS and VS.Net you are using and list of some of the toolbox customizations you have done. I know that the case was cracked due to very hard landing, and that the content was very delicate because it contained dust/ice particles in silicon. Now it is very likely that the dust within the capsule got mixed up with earth dust. But yea, I was guessing that it cannot be used. Pz

The samples are destroyed, or compromized at best. The capsule cracked and earth dust/sand/etc got inside. What was collected cannot be used for any scientific research. All of the work and money spent on this mission will end up with a report of what went wrong. A political document designed to save NASA funding for future space missions. Pz

When HD is not readable, fails on every occasion it can, and is HOT when removed it is still possible to get the data off it ... yes you should get new drive, and set it up with OS, but you should be able to briefly use the old drive once is cold. This does not work in all cases, and you only have a short time, but you can use this technique to get the data you desperately need. Pz

I think MS's focus is the XBox, as gaming platform, not the PC (windows). The number of games published for PC has always been great (and will be for long time), but MS was never a big player in this field. They had few titles, but never bought major gaming studios. Also I do not think they like to see their OS as a "gaming" OS. But since MS released XBox they beefed up their Gaming department with large deals and even larger hopes. Getting a company like Bioware MS has ensured that there will be a good RPG for XBox in near future. As we all know there isn't a good RPG for XBox at this time. Pz
