It isn't a WiFi issue, I get the same errors when connected via ethernet cable. I've already lost several days work trouble shooting this. The idea is that hopefully, the new laptop from a fresh image will work properly, then I can "at my leisure", transfer my working environment with minimal down time.

I am apparently the only one with the issue within the company. The issue occurs both with WiFi and Ethernet cable. I also have several other devices (other laptops. tables, phones, IoTs) connected without issues. Thanks for asking.

My wife is seeing a neurologist and recently started a new drug regimen. One of the potential side effects is hallucinations. We were driving the other day.. She was alarmed that there was something in the road in front of us. She looked again, squinted, and realized it was just a car. We both had a great laugh. Hope your recovery goes well and quickly.

UPDATE: I've received several helpful suggestions and have tried most of them.. I have been working with several members of the helpdesk team for a few weeks now. I will be receiving a fresh laptop TODAY. Lets see what happens with the new one. :-) Note: not a request for help, however comments/suggestions always appreciated. :) The company I work for is forcing this update onto my company owned laptop. This specific update messes with my network connection somewhere within the router/modem with the result that my connection will stay up for about 1 minute, then disconnect. This results in the system being unusable as I heavily rely on the connection. I can roll back the update, however, the company keeps forcing the update, resulting in several hours wasted each week. I cannot stop the forced update, just wait till it is done, the roll back. UGH!! I've been working remotely with the IT team and they've decided to ship a fresh laptop with the update installed. Here's hoping THAT one works.

I've been a "lurker" for many years. Can count on one hand the number of times I've responded/contributed. However, I REALLY appreciate being able to see these posting daily, especially since I've been WFH for the last 3+ years (pre-covid). I am definitely a "grey beard" started developing with paper tape - almost miss those days, NOT.

The problem is with the "How much do you make?" statement. There are so many forms of income i.e. paychecks, dividends, gambling, home sales, and so on. There are also MANY ways to hide income. There are also legitimate expenses --- consider retail sales (small business) there is gross income (the sales) rent, staff payroll, utilities, cost of goods, and so on. As much as we would all like to see obermd's version above, I don't think it is feasible.

I would consider a difference between being Married (legal, religious, whatever) and being COMMITTED. The key is to be committed. I think, that is when everything works and is the best way to raise children. I think that is how the ancient communities survived. Hi All, Opinion requested. I have a large C# Windows application That has a complex math component (in C#). I also have a large Android application, written in JAVA. I believe Xamarin may be the correct route, but I am open to suggestions. I would like to somehow share the math component between the two apps. I am open to transcribing the component into a new language and have both applications access/share the code. Thanks In advance.

I am a leftie as well, but I managed to hard wire my brain into knowing which button to press. The distinction is that I generally press the left mouse button with the middle finger of my left hand, but sometimes I will cross over and use my pointer finger. The interesting thing... I can also "mouse" right handed. Then I click the left mouse button with pointer finger.
