I can't believe no one mentioned "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"...which NEVER indicates WHICH object it is referring to! That can drive ya nuts in a really complex web app!

VERY GOOD POINT!!! Funny how women who gripe about discrimination never mention discrimination from other women. They just assume that those women have been beaten down by the male discrimination machine. Nearly ten years ago I saw a survey where men and women were given a list of jobs and asked what they would expect to earn in those jobs. Women had lower expectations across the board.

Has plenty to do with its maintainability, though. I'm a Code Complete fan, and put readability on an equal level with performance. I don't even like maintaining my own code when I fail to comment.

Dead. That's what I'd be. There is so much about my body that is barely functional, that, if I was born 50 years earlier, I'd never have lived to be 50. (I'll turn 50 late this month...I hope:omg:) If my body would have survived, I might have been killed as a heretic, since I think so far outside the box so often.
