Agree to a point with 1. For 2. MS has a history to destroy everything they touch (remember Hotmail?) and I am sure nothing different will be here.

So much hue and cry on sudden demise(?) of Skype. Ballmer successfully cracked a deal which will turn into Loss Loss situation for all (MS, Skype and Users) My question is who created fat *** MS and put huge amount of $$$ in their pockets to do such crap acquisition? Real culprits are in the answer.

If your product can only be used online then online help is the way to go, it will give you better maintainability and you can avoid individual deployment issues. You need to make sure all users are on a acceptable bandwidth to use the online help. If your product can be used in offline mode then I would say follow the MSDN way where a user can opt for offline help. In any case using a pre-compiled CHM or HTML help will be my last option.

Why .Net community sites like developerfusion, 4guysfromrolla, aspalliance, csharpcorner etc are almost extinct now? I know few years back these (and many similar) sites had very active user contributions but now there seems to be handful of users with nothing new to offer. CP is still an exception though.

"Why do i have nipples?"
Well, you are not the exception all males have them ;P It's left over from early fetal development - at a certain point we were just a fetus with an undetermined gender, and then a flood of hormones came along in utero and told us what gender we were going to be. Nipples are a leftover from that time. Men do have mammary tissue, anyway. Just a tiny, tiny bit of it. During conception, each fertilized egg starts out with an X chromosome (from the mother) and an X or Y chromosome from the father, which determines their gender. XX will be a female, and XY will be a male. During fetal development, what started out as an undetermined gender gets developed during the fetal stage into a male or a female. An Inconvenient Truth Male humans can and do produce milk, i.e., they can lactate. Male breasts contain all the structures needed to produce milk. Further, it is not uncommon to observe lactation in both male and female infants, due to the stimulation they receive from their mother's hormones. I am Glad, you still remember me :) I never left CP, just stopped posting on lounge but obviously used to visit the site for my tech needs.
We all know you are not dead, now stop f****** around.
:) As I said earlier someone is allergic to my name, the moment I post something I assume there will be a default uni vote

I missed CP and all lounge members from last one week, I was on holidays away from Internet, Mobile, almost every modern gadget and even from electricity :omg: yes that's true, now back to the normal life. Wondering how would our ancestors lived their whole lives without all these?

Grow yourself as a professional, Multi Nationals generally work as analogue watch and you are a tiny part of it, you wont get the full exposure of even your project. Learn new technologies, processes, management related things, quality assurance, new buzz of market like cloud computing, drive yourself towards innovative ideas and consulting opportunities, best practises in industry and the most important thing, How to be a recognisable face in crowd (specially if it's a large MNC). Don't wait for things to come, chase them instead.

So it's time to shift home and everything is getting packed, I started loving my new apartment but kind of feeling bit sad for leaving the home from last 3 years, this home has lot of sweet memories associated with it including my 18 month old little partner ;) he is god's own masterpiece, started crawling then gradually walking, speaking his first word in this home. Ah, memories forever. Back to mission shifting
