I recall Organiser points dropped suddenly (by more than 20% for several people), and IIRC you explained that as down-voting no longer being awarded points (the idea was voting is voting and deserves points, but no we don't want to award univoters); then the drop disappeared again, so I assumed down-voting points were back but not for everyone. If not, what did happen during that temporary dip? On a related note: when I up-vote a Q&A answer, the org point is there right away. When I up-vote a real top-level-but-1 answer to a real top-level question in a programming forum, I don't see an immediate org or other point, and I just don't know if there is a delayed one. Could you check and comment? :)
