It sounds like there isn't a selected item when you double-click a second time. Try a single click to select the item, then a double-click to move it. Well, got my VM up and running with all of the patches, installed VS2008 and was VERY careful to select install full rather than typical help. All works correctly. Went back to my main dev install, repaired the help with full selected, and now it seems happy. I need to read more carefully. Appreciate the suggestions. Because I am not a programmer, I dont know how to do. This are .net or visual C or I can write them in a .txt and execute like .dll ? With witch program can I execute them ? How to do: On/Off input from mouse and keyboard ? How to open a .Jpeg immage ?

Actually you do not need to login to work on it. Visual Studio would work without that too. I have used Visual Studio without logging into the account. But sometimes a License is required, to create applications like Windows store or Phone applications. In those cases, an account might be required to update (or fetch a new) license for your developer network. Good luck!
