I use an HP200i (DVD+R/DVD+RW/CD-R/CD-RW). Works great, but I found the bundled software limited. Ok for a starting point, but I do a lot of movie editing, so I use Pinnacle Studio 8. Plus, I use it a lot for backing up my gigs of files when XP needs its frequent reinstalls. Something not stated enough on the burners, but showing up on blank DVDs now, is the size limit of 120 minutes video. Most new releases have > 120 minutes on them, so forget copying them (completely;)). Besides, blank DVDs (here) cost about $10, burners average $500, DVD labels cost...etc, while movies average $15-20. Not cost effective unless you plan to copy a LOT of movies for $$.

I sometimes get the same problem. Annoying but I've found no workaround besides rebooting (even then I can't be sure that it fixes it - I only get this problem once or twice a month)

They ask because it is important to a lot of people. If for example 51% of the population say they are Christian then the government would need to adjust what they say and do accordingly to meet their wishes. A census is about collecting anonymous statistical data about an entire country's population; fat lot of good that is if people openly boast about lying on it. Messing with any part of the census process (lying, intimidation, etc) is a criminal offence, I'm just curious as to why they are not prosecuting these 390K individuals if they openly admit to committing fraud like that. Jeff: The icon I'm trying to change is the one associated with my application. I orginally placed it as bot the main form icon and the notifyicon. Then when I tried to change it's appearance, it just wouldn't update. I cahnged it fine in the designer, but it wouldn't save or update. I'm starting to wonder if I need to re-do my machine!
