To AI or not AI?That would be a job for someone other than me ;)

To AI or not AI?It could be a requirement of the code that all copy/pasted material include an indelible "watermark". So to use it without the mark, you'd have to type it out yourself. Of course this would usher in another challenge of creating apps to remove the watermark, but with this logic, why bother with even locking your doors?

On potentially enabling piracy and responsibilities in that regardI'm thinking that if you cripple it, bad actors will find a way around that anyway. Release it. I want to see it!

Why does it have to be horrible?Good job finding the checked hack for hiding/showing divs/sections! I loved the challenge of finding ways to avoid js for ui back when that's what we were doing at work, but nowadays we're all about the js and that's a different sort of fun. I'm always happy when doing the creative work of UI.

"get off my lawn..."Get rid of the grubs and the moles will go elsewhere to find them. I recommend milky spore, but you could try less natural things.

The Future they say you want: Apple vision proI see zero peripheral vision, and a likely tendency to disregard others. This is dangerous - no situational awareness, and narcissistic-behavior-inducing - nobody matters but me. No thank you.

Strange questions from a nitpicker ... ;pIf there is only one measurement, I would show something to indicate that measurement has begun with the opening value given and don't show any values for a, b, or c.

Amazon might as well take that feature awayThe filters only sort of work anyway. Promoted products often get around the filters and some marketplace options are often ambiguous enough (deliberately or otherwise) to get around them.

Kitchens.... across the world, curiousI'm in the US. I had a filter-and-vent-inside range hood for many years and it did pretty much nothing. So I now have a vent to the outside hood, having rearranged my kitchen to allow it, but it hasn't been installed yet. I have always wanted a whole-house venting fan. Seems highly practical. I have an electric range because I prefer baking with electric, but I would trade it in a heartbeat for a gas stovetop/electric oven combo. I may even go for total gas range since I'm no longer baking for a herd, having only a single adult child living with me and therefore making good use of my air fryer to bake smaller portions.

What Is Your Most Valuable Life Skill?I have always seen the beauty in the world around. That gives me perspective and hope in all situations, even when things feel hopeless, if I let my eyes roam around my surroundings, I can find beauty somewhere and it lifts my heart.

Young Indians should work 70 hours a week, says billionaire tech founder"...if they want to see the country become a global economic powerhouse." He also expresses the goal of India expanding their global impact, but in neither case are we told why any of that should matter to the Indian workers. How will any of that help them? Perhaps he should start there instead of simply opining that the Indians aren't working hard enough.

Hello, everyone. What a fun way to rack up those community points  I joined after signing up for the newsletter (recommended by my boss as a way to keep up with the tech) and wanting to comment on a Lounge question or comment. It's a great community. I've never seen a nasty response even in the face of strong disagreement. Opinions are respectfully sought, and honestly given. My handle, cpichols is an inside joke in my family. I use it because it's easy for me to remember

When I need it I can't find it!Yes, but usually this happens when, upon stumbling on the thing at random, I decide that it needs a special place. Yeah. So going back to where I've stumbled upon it many times before is not going to work unless I can cast my mind back to that one time when I thought of a special place for the thing, which I am generally unsuccessful in doing.
