Interviewing / candidate qualifying tipsI would suggest the following: 1) Ask the candidate to solve the problems that you have faced. 2) Ask them to code so you have an idea as to whether the person can code. Also, you can identify failures in the code. 3) Check for skills which match your needs This should give a rough idea as to whether the candidate is suitable. HTH

Issue/Bug trackingI would vote for Bugzilla. It can be accessed via the web, so both customers and you can keep track of the reported issues. You do have an option of getting emails when new issues are logged in. However, you need to manually create the reports!!!

It's Vista. stupid.I didnt feel it was worth spending money on Vista Ultimate and hence had my Dell PC pre-installed with Vista Home Premium (Still havent used the Media Center to view live TV though!!). How are the features in Vista Ultimate??
