I subscribe to the apache users mailing list. You can find a link at httpd.apache.org A number of the apache devs are active on the list, and it handles questions from noob stuff to the really esoteric. Definitely good value. The punishment sounds about right. It's barely more than a slap on the wrist, which is perfectly appropriate if this is a first time offense. I find it interesting how her father calls it a violation of free speech, which apparently means she has the freedom to use harassment to take away her fellow student's first amendment rights.
