The start menu is just a directory. Just put files in it example in win2000 is : /Documents and Settings/UserName/Start Menu/

In my area squirrels attack people! So i bought this huge dog long time ago and i go kill squirrels. Now you are thinking oh pooor animals.... no no you should think poor people who are attacked by 'gangs' of squirrels. A similar case was on tv once.
