I found a solution. It seems that the problem was caused by the fact that in one the windows (Form2) I was trying to access the Items collection in the window's constructor. Even though I put my code after the InitializeComponent method, the combo box must've been still not fully initialized. I moved the code to Form.Load event and everything works fine.

I don't think that the older Versions work on Windows XP ... The newer Versions of BugTrapper are now called AppSight from Identify (http://www.identify.com/[^]). [Edit]The actual Version is 4.5 I think.[/Edit] Hope this helps. Greets Roland

I believe you and I know how to use passwd, but I still do not know how you are doing this. 1. You choose run level 0. 2. The machine starts to boot - you see all the stuff about finding devices, mounting disks, etc. on the screen. 3. During this time you can type something (e.g. passwd), but I didn't notice any effect.
