I have 1 php page. What I want to do is update a label on this page with a record count. So lets say the label is called "Records" and it looks like this "Records: 15" well while you are on the page not doing anything I want it to refresh this label every so often with the latest record count. Ive tried to search and read about ajax/js ect but still have not found a viable solution to my issue. Remember I am using php/mysql. Thanks in advance. Josh

  • APDU
    S Stathread

I am trying to get the Expiration Date from a card. Sending the following APDU command I get a bunch of data back in the response with a status code of 9000. CLA=00 INS=A4 P1=04 P2=00 LC=00 LE=00. As for getting the Expiration Date I am completely lost. A document I have here says the Expiration Date is in the tag 0x35. Should I be using the SELECT or GETDATA command for this? Where does the tag 0x35 come in? Thanks,

I want to know if its against the law if you take a piece of software under the GPL license and use its Images, icons in your own software? Under my understanding, this is legal, but do I have to include these images in a folder with the software so they can be taken? Thanks. http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html -- modified at 14:04 Monday 20th August, 2007

Ok, listen here. I have an application which code I cannot access. It has an Inactivity timer which is running. If I dont touch the pc for more than a certain ammount of time a message will show and log me out. Id like to know how to stop this by writing some code to make it look as though someone is active in windows when really they are not. The only thing i can think of is creating a timer and sending some sort of message to windows to make it look as though we are active. Thanks in Advance.

  • KVM Switch over RDC?
    S Stathread

Im not sure if there are other ways to do this but my KVM switch on two Desktop computers is located on the other side of the house and uses a double scroll lock press to switch between the two. These machines are used for testing and the windows machine is setup to allow remote desktop connections inside the lan. Is there a way to use the KVM switch over the remote desktop connection, this way I am able to use all 3 simotaniously? Thanks.
