Not going to happen. Also interesting how the Windows line is basically decreasing then randomly skyrockets in the near future. Ha!

I have no problem with eclipse for the most part (except for the laggy autocomplete). Deploying to my Droid X is very fast and the debugger works fine. I prefer VS as my IDE though so I was just testing it out. Looks like I'll be sticking with the standard Android SDK for now.

This has been my experience as well and a good point.

I've been messing with the trial and I really like it in principal, however the emulator only deployment of the trial is unbearably slow. Simple test apps take a minute or so to start after the emulator is up and running. If anyone has an actual license, is the debug deployment on a real device faster?

I loved that game. I've been keeping my eye on the final release of this: http://www.minerwars.com[^].

Yes, great chip. I've even got mine OC'd a few hundred MHz. Excellent price/performance. With 8GB rAM this thing is a beast that has yet to be slowed down even with a seamless mode VM running all the time.

Sorry I was trying to make a Fight Club joke at your expense. Honestly I'm not sure what the best course of action would be now other than try and contact and appeal to them again.

The <canvas> tag along with javascript is what can potentially replace flash. The video tag is just for playing video that the browser has a built in codec for (and yeah lots of differences in support there).

Sorry missed that part. Always a good idea to clean it out anyway, but it sounds like a driver issue then. You could try disabling all startup programs via msconfig first. See what if that does anything. Then try disabling all non Microsoft services. Lastly try disabling devices one by one if all that fails. [edit]This is assuming you aren't infected with malware/rootkit/whatever.

Overheating? Try cleaning the vents and what not.

Second this. Works like a charm, and can save to almost anything, smb, ftp, etc. Very powerful, but not easy mode.

Not so screamin' as they are 35 cents a gig, where my 1.5TB was 6.66 cents a gig last week. [edit] screwed up the math[/edit]

And also per 24, there are at least 2 sub-conspiracies and his daughter will be kidnapped no less than 3 times in the next day.

If this is NOT for anything for important, just dev test, playground, GoDaddy has dirt cheap accounts that do just this (windows shared hosting, not the linux ones). Their control panel is slower than snot, but it's cheap with lots of disk space and transfer.

This is actually already a feature of Audacity. I'm running version 1.3 (unicode) and at the bottom there is this: audacity.png[^] Make sure the whole waveform is selected first, then use the first box to set the start, set the length radio button, then specify the interval. It will exactly change your selection like you wanted. Then just cut or split new.
