Amusingly, he insisted I answer his points ( although that's redundant, he makes the claim, the onus of proof is on him ). So, I answered and then he realised he had nothing, so he insisted we talk about the fed instead. I refused unless he followed through and discussed the things he raised and asked me to. He ran like a little girl.

Scary stuff. Fortunately it's not like Massachusetts is part of the "real USA". Last night I saw a movie by M. Night Shyamalan "The Happening" where "the plants" serve up a neuro toxin that makes all new Englanders kill them selves (Massachusetts being a new enland state) The movie ended with the French killing them selves. Who says that Shymalan doesn't have a sense of humur. Not a bad movie.

The punishment sounds about right. It's barely more than a slap on the wrist, which is perfectly appropriate if this is a first time offense. I find it interesting how her father calls it a violation of free speech, which apparently means she has the freedom to use harassment to take away her fellow student's first amendment rights.
