You would not find him in jail, but at GinHub. This spelling is called the hungarian notation.

The language is JavaScript. that of Mordor, which I will not utter here

Give this a try: Instant Checkmate | Background Checks, Arrest Records and Public Records[^] - it's surprising what it can find, apparently! [edit] Forget it - they want money for the report before you are even sure it's the person you wanted, ratehr than someone with a similar name and state. [/edit]

Looks like regularly scheduled maintenance intervals. 15 minutes on weekdays, 60 on weekends. It'd be interesting to see if it'a actually always down the interval, or just that they're not promising anything during that time period.

If a criminal is locked up he isn't able to commit crimes, thus the decrease. It just means that police forces are better at jailing criminals before they can commit a relevant number of crimes.

First part of your argumentation is incorrect. You can commit crimes while being locked up. You are also assuming that crimes are mostly committed by repeating criminals.

First part of your argumentation is incorrect. You can commit crimes while being locked up. You are also assuming that crimes are mostly committed by repeating criminals.

Not a bad assumption in the US, at least according to this link. Recidivism[^]

Why waste the gas. There are a lot of jails here where if you time it right, you can walk right out the front door.
