Oops, my bad. It's not 7 trillion, it's 3.7 trillion over 75 years, or about 49 billion per year. The linked report references it as 2.02% of taxable payroll over that 75 year time span. Taxable payroll was about 4.7 trillion in 2005. Really, espier, if you want to debate intelligently, you could put a little effort into your own research. You have a good vocabulary and can formulate a decent sentence, but your logic, reading comprehension and understanding of complex subjects are inferior.
