That's a good idea too (using VS)! Bootswatch is also great with some flamboyant colors like the ones in http://bootswatch.com/amelia/[^]!

It's just a front-end framework for faster & easier web development. If you are scared of css, bootstrap is the way to go :) http://getbootstrap.com/[^]

Akismet or GrowMap anti spambot plugin http://growmap.com/growmap-anti-spambot-plugin/[^] - I use the latter and it works really well for me!

Great job Marc! The best aspect is for you to provide this e-book for free! Off late I've fallen in love w/ unit tests :), and hope I will learn a lot of new things from this book! Keep up the good work!

Ah, you were expecting an online tutorial :)

The units for 80, I guess is "kilograms", then it wouldn't be that poor a joke :) I guess that's what Sandeep intended too!

Your question is pretty unclear. In a normal .net application you add references to .net assembly. So it has to exist in a location known to the application. If you don't wish to do this you can go the MEF (Managed Extensibility Framework) way. Have a look at these links - MEF in .Net[^]

Yes, a lot of us are probably. Even though it may not sound to be a big deal, it is for me, because I don't like loosing 3000 hard earned points :( Hope we get it back again as Chris pointed out in one of his posts that we will indeed get them back :)

May be he just meant "faster to develop" ? :)
Cheers, Karthik
Why not just do this ?
As Sandeep said, you cannot have programming logic w/in your web.config file.

Now, he will :) If he is a part of CodeProject :)

Hi! I rated a question a 5, but I still see the rating as a 0. The question url is Period (dot) in ASP.NET MVC Route[^]. Screen print - http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/3553/errordu.jpg[^]

Hello, As far as I know, the page where we can add a tip/trick does not have the ability to upload and show images, as it does for articles. So my question is, can i upload the image elsewhere and show them using the tag? It would be helpful if some site administrators could clarify. EDIT - 1 reason I want to post it as a tip/trick is that it does not have enough content for an article and would just be appropriate for a tip. Thanks!
