I've watched Beck's metamorphosis on Fox (not daily, but from time to time which has made in more noticable, I suppose.) Now he has never been the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but he used to be somewhat of a libertarian (there is no cookie-cutter mold for one, of course - except in some idiots' heads.) But the longer he's been on Fox, the more bizarre he's become - from the weepy fits to the bug-eyed warnings of impending doom - to the creepy kind of Christianity he's started to wear on his sleeve. His political philosophy has slid further and further towards O'Reilley's, including wanting to ban this and outlaw that, are require thus and so - hardly a libertarian stance.
