I once had a pretty clean design of my DHTML dialogs and menus. And now.. *sniff*, it's semi-broken into pieces because of IE. *bwaahahaahahahahaaha* :(( -- This space for rent.

in my experience (26 years worth), power outages due to ice are rare in the north-east. maybe they use stronger power lines, or maybe there's more redundancy. whatever the reason, it's rare. and, they know how to plow and salt a road up there, so it's rare to be stuck in your house for too long. -c There's one easy way to prove the effectiveness of 'letting the market decide' when it comes to environmental protection. Cool - I should just be top poster by then, and I'll enjoy a few days of glory before he blows me away again. :P Christian No offense, but I don't really want to encourage the creation of another VB developer. - Larry Antram 22 Oct 2002 C# will attract all comers, where VB is for IT Journalists and managers - Michael P Butler 05-12-2002 Again, you can screw up a C/C++ program just as easily as a VB program. It usually involes compared to what. I had a 1968 Pentax SP1000, which I liked and had performed well for years (purchased new.) I was trapped outside when a sudden rain came and damaged the electronics. So compared to what I had there are a lot of features than most any camera now has. Auto focus, builtin flash, a number of automatic settings such as an action mode that takes repeat photos when the shutter is pressed. And a better lens mount than that older Pentax which was a screw on lens. It is smaller and lighter which has good and bad effects. I did find that for my hands the holding of the camera was "more natural" than the Minolta I was also looking at. Which is why you really need to go out and handle each one you are considering. There is a number of levels of automation (again typical) for exposure. I have found that with the N-65 it tends to favor the settings for the brighter areas of exposure even if those areas a quite small or out of the photographed area. So when a photo is taken in the shade the image is often dark. But a good lab will adjust for this. You local discount developer will not, at least here. "I will find a new sig someday."

For some reason, this just reminded me of something else that my roommate watches. He watches these really screwed up videos of these three dumbasses running around doing really stupid stuff. The website is http://www.stellacomedy.com/video.html[^]. The video that came to mind was the one called "Dickfish" although there are others with similar content. These probably aren't safe for work and definitely not safe for children. Brad Jennings

But every single religion says all the others are wrong and the followers of those other religions will all not be saved. Who's right? If everyone says everyone else is wrong, then maybe everybody is wrong. Two people cannot both be right, but certainly more than one person can be wrong. Food for thought. Our universe, good old big bang but originating from another universe or universes. Where the other universes came from, I have no idea. My ideas are in change mode at the moment, ever since I started putting more weight on the value of "where did what made our universe come from?" things have fallen apart in that area. I like to have a solid base before I start elaborating on things.
