Learning about everything that is relevant in ones life is impossible. Much less becoming competent in it. And this even presumes that it is in fact possible for everyone to learn in a reasonable amount of time. Some concepts are just harder for some people to learn. As a very real example of that I have seen not evidence that those are technically competent as a group are able to demonstrate even average much less superior skills in communications.
