Seems to me like these days, software development environments can be split into these general camps: Desktop: Microsoft Linux / Java Apple / Objective C Web: Microsoft Adobe Flash Javascript / cloud (Google, Amazon, etc.) PHP / MySql Mobile gizmos: Apple / Objective C Android / Java Microsoft / .NET Am I missing any significant religions, or does this pretty much sum it up?

The Oracle was at Delphi! This is about 100 mile from Athens. Near Mount Parnassas. It was the upswelling gases that gave the Oracle her oddness.

I know. I played Titan Quest too.
A while ago he asked me what he should have printed on my business cards. I said 'Wizard'. I read books which nobody else understand. Then I do something which nobody understands. After that the computer does something which nobody understands. When asked, I say things about the results which nobody understand. But everybody expects miracles from me on a regular basis. Looks to me like the classical definition of a wizard.

Copywriting ServicesDon't forget configurable logic software - verilog / VHDL in particular. It may not be conventional software but it's definitely important for FPGA / CPLD development. (You've also missed python which is becoming much more prominent in quite a few areas)
