Hats make me look like a jerk so I don't bother unless I'm on the water 'cause I burn very easily and go rather red (see my bio pic for an example :)), in which case I have a stupid looking cowboy-type hat which always gets a laugh. -- Andrew.

Well, it was even better than expected - we got home 27 hours later than planned thanks to the storms over the weekend! He is now officially broken in - 2 nights in a tiny 2 man caravan on top of a hill in Somerset is about all my poor accountant husband (luckily he grew up on a farm in South Africa) could handle! Feel much better now that we are back where there is a hot shower! :-D A pity about losing a day's annual leave to this though. I've always heard that there was an idea behind Win ME... I still can't figure out what that was... anyboy know??? I;ve herad the idea was that it was supposed to be n operating system but I doubt this. - Brian Delahunty

I like the Soapbox - less noise, and more interesting topics :-D . The lounge is cool for hanging though, I find that switching between the two helps my day pass more enjoyably! I've always heard that there was an idea behind Win ME... Can't say i do, Brian. One thing i've noticed in my short career as a programmer, is that while i am coding, i *rarely* need to move cattle around. But in a previous job, and while growing up, this was more of a daily activity and thus often necessitated convincing cows who had walked into areas they shouldn't have that it was in their own best interest to back back out of them. And thus i learned the secret to successful conflict negotiations is a good thick piece of oak... Shog9 ------ So they took me down to the gallows And this boy, he said to me: "Why do you smile, when the rope's around your neck?" I said, "I tell you boy, when i get back..."
